Group 1: Observational study, single-arm, patients with obstructive sleep apnoea, October 2020 - February 2021

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Presence of sleep apnoea diagnosed in polygraphy or polysomnography

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Minor No obstructive sleep apnoea

Measure	Time frame
Retrospective evaluation of liver elasticity (in kPA) and fatty degeneration (CAP value) determined by fibroscan.	—

Secondary

Measure	Time frame
Correlations between sleep-specific parameters (apnoea-hypopnoea index, desaturation indices, snoring index) with liver/metabolic parameters (CAP value, elasticity, abdominal circumference, body mass index) will be investigated.	—
