Interventions

Group 1: In patients with intoxication or coma of unknown cause requiring intensive care medicine, a blood and urine test is carried out for further toxicological screening at the time of their admiss

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Suspected intoxication or coma of unknown etiology - need for intensive care medicine - adult

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - anuria - Missing substance detection in the LC-MS / MS in the urine

Would the presence of the LC-MS / MS results in the urine have changed the initial clinical diagnosis?	—

1. Would the existence of the exact substance identification have influenced the diagnostic and / or the treatment in the acute situation? 2. Can the severity of poisoning be determined on the basis of the semi-quantitative LC-MS / MS results in the serum? 3. Would the additional presence of the active substance concentration in the serum have influenced the diagnostic and / or the treatment in the acute situation?	—
