Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Basically, all patients [adults + children] in the central surgical department who leave the surgical department via the post anaesthesia care unit during the period of initial recording and re-recording

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: outpatient operations, non-compliance
