Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients diagnosed with arteriovenous or venous malformation of the hand and having undergone image-guided treatment by sclerotherapy or embolization in the form of one or more sessions during the period 01/01/2017 to 12/30/2020. - Patients who have received the above procedures with the following sclerotherapy/embolization agents: Polidocanol, gelled alcohol, EVOH-based liquid embolization agents (EVOH = ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients with arteriovenous or venous malformation without involvement of the hand (wrist, metacarpal, finger). - Patients who have received the above procedures with sclerosing/embolizing agents elsewhere, e.g., bleomycin - Patients who have received otherwise image-guided interventional procedures, e.g., electrosclerotherapy

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Analysis of the clinical success after image-guided, interventional treatment of arteriovenous and venous malformations (complete or partial symptom improvement, no symptom improvement, progress despite treatment)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Analysis of the technical success after image-supported, interventional treatment of arteriovenous and venous malformations (successful execution of the interventions)
