Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -minimum age of 18 -depressive symptoms (CES-D greater equal 16) -internet access -valid e-mail address

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - acute depressive episode, bipolar disorder or psychosis - depressive episode, bipolar disorder or psychosis within the last six month - currently in psychotherapeutic treatment - psychotherapeutic treatment within the last six month - suicide risk (BDI item 9 > 1)
