Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -diagnosed Chronic Back Pain (for group with chronic pain) -Signed consent -right-handedness -German as native language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -physiological illnesses -neurological or internistic illnesses -brain injuries -chronic or subacute pain (for healthy subjects) -regular analgesic medicamentation -psychatric disorders (except MD and anxiety disorders in subjects with chronic pain) -former or current drug addiction -pregnancy -fMRI-incompatible Metal implants -age70y -lack of compliance -IQ>70

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Neurobiological factors, that influence the development of chronic pain, are studied for causal correlations with behavioral factors of chronic pain
