Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • Patients at least 18 years old • Signed consent form • Patients with suspected TTP and planned ADAMTS13 activity test and PLASMIC Score > 4 (intermediate to high risk) • Patients with recurrent TTP episode and planned ADAMTS13 activity test
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • No signed consent form • Patient < 18 years • Patients with suspected TTP and PLASMIC Score = 4
