Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -female patients at least 18 years who have not reached menopause -confirmed von Willebrand disease (every type, every severity) -signed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -male patients -female patients < 18 years or post-menopausal -Von Willebrand disease not confirmed -no signed consent

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Single blood sampling (5 ml): determination of tumor-marker CA 125 in serum (normally <35 U/ml)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Survey of different gynecological parameters by patient questionnaire: menstrual-complaints (first menstruation, duration, regularity, bleeding-duration/-intensity, pain), dysmenorrhea, menorrhagia, endometriosis, cervical-cancer, ovarian-cancer in first-degree-relatives, suspected endometriosis or diagnosed endometriosis, other gynecological surgeries, pregnancies (number and outcome: births, miscarriages, abortions, current pregnancy?), contraception (hormone medication?, impact on pain?), other diseases. Additional documentation of the following data: Age, known cancer, current infections, ISTH BAT-Score (Rodeghiero et al., 2010), vWD-Type, current vWF-parameters, current treatment of vWD
