Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 0-18 years, Celiac patients: Marsh-score of 3a or higher, controls: normal histopathological evaluation of duodenal mucosa

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: insufficient amount of duodenal tissue material, Marsh score less than 3a
