Group 1: Written worry exposure, 3 consecutive days, 10-20 minutes each
on three consecutive days, following a standardized instruction, participants of the respective treatment group are instructed to compose a written worry scenario in which they imagine a worst case sc
paralleling the treatment structure of the written worry exposure group, participants are instructed to compose a letter of gratitude with regard to a specific scenario they might have experienced (or

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: PSWQ-A >28 (female) PSWQ-A >23 (male)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Depression (PHQ-9 > 10); acute suicidal tendency; current alcohol or drug abuse; bipolar disorder; current psychotherapeutic treatment; psychopharmacological treatment during last 12 weeks; impaired ability of writing text on a computer
