Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Patients of legal age with RAPD at Heidelberg University Hospital, who can give a declaration of consent - Healthy adult individuals who do not have RAPD - Ophthalmologists and doctors in further training in ophthalmology who sign the declaration of consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Patients with efferent pupillary disorder - Patients with very poor pupillary reactions - No exclusion criterion for ophthalmologists and doctors in ophthalmological training

| The target criteria are the Intraclass Correlation Coefficient (ICC) for comparing the agreement of the assessment of the test persons with different switching times. In addition, the detection rates of RAPD should be descriptively evaluated, taking into account the changeover times, as well as sensitivity and specificity. | — |
