Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - secondary lymphedema of the lower extremity (stage I-III)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Infection (erysipelas, phlegmon, chronic wound) - Malignoma - epilepsy - Increased sensitivity to light - Rejection of the patient

Primary

MeasureTime frame
- Comparison of the volumes directly before and after therapy (therapy effect) - Sustainability of the therapy by comparing the volumes directly after therapy and two days later before the subsequent therapy (carry-over effect) - Quality of life in chronic secondary lymphedema of the lower extremity - Subjective success - Acceptance of the therapy
