Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Clinical Frailty Scale categories 4, 5 and 6 (vulnerable; mildly frail; moderately frail) - Age 70 years and older; living at home or in assisted living - Walking distance (with aids) at least 10 m
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Walking distance (without aids and without a break) of 800 m and more; - Does not understand German language; - Visual acuity insufficient to recognize study material; - Neurological diseases (stroke <6 months ago, multiple sclerosis or Parkinson's disease H&Y stage =3); - Tumor diseases, if currently under treatment (e.g. chemotherapy, radiation) or in an advanced stage; - Severe lung or heart disease that requires an (intermittent) supply of oxygen; - limited cognition: Suspicion of dementia
