Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: proximal femoral fracture ICD 72.1 and 72.2 combined with ops for osteosynthesis documentation of the case between 2016 and 2020 in kis of the Evangelisches Krankenhaus oldenburg , clinical follow up for at leat 7 days, at least 65 years of age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: age < 65 years, no x-ray after surgery, clinical follow up less than 7 days, proximal femoral fracture before or after 2016-2020

implant failure. Detection bei x-ray in patients with initial correct implant placement and fracture reduction and implant failure in follow up x-ray.
