Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All employees are included for voluntary participation in the recruitment parameters specified for the survey using the IzEP © instrument, who are located on the Pilot unit or who regularly perform their duties there (anchored on the Duty roster, advisory activities for external bodies). The same applies to participating in the focus group interview (6 people) and participating in observation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: All employees who do not meet these criteria are excluded.
