Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age = 18 Written consent Triglycerides < 150 mg/dl and Cholesterol < 200 mg/dl

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: severe liver impairment severe renal impairment TSH not normal other severe intrinsic diseases pregnancy
