Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Worker for baggage handling at Hamburg Airport.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Planned end of employment before the end of the study observations. - Part-time labour <50%. - Conditions that impede participation in the training. - Previous JOBSIMULATOR training.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Musculosceletal burden as measured by video documentation in combination with the Xsense motion capturing system, under laboratory conditions before the start of the training program and upon completion.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Self-percived pain (VAS 0-10); self-percived exertion (Borg-RPE); usability of the video system to assess musculoskelettal burden.
