Interventions

Group 1: If the inclusion criteria are fulfilled and the written willingness to participate has been received, the patients will receive an appointment at which they will be given the following batter
Progression Anxiety Questionnaire (PA-F long version)
Comic Marker Style (CMS)
Sense of Humour Scale (SHS)
Questionnaire for the Assessment of Resources and Self-Management Skills (FERUS)
subscale: self-observation) as well as a personal interview to assess self-distancing skills (with categorical response pattern).

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.) Inpatient or day-care stay at NRZ Godeshöhe e.V. (Bonn) 2.) The patient is able to follow instructions and complete questionnaires independently. 3.) Unrestricted or sufficiently corrected vision and hearing ability 4.) German as mother tongue or very good knowledge of German 5.) Written confirmation of willingness to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Severe cognitive deficits that prevent study participation (deficits > 1 SD in 3 of 4 cognitive functional domains: perception, attention, memory, executive skills). 2) Neurological comorbidities or other serious (e.g. oncological) diseases. 3.) Acute suicidal tendencies and acute psychiatric diagnoses (psychoses)
