Osteochondrosis dissecans : ankle and foot [tarsal, metatarsal, toes, ankle, other joints of the foot].

Interventions

Group 1: Patients with a surgically rehabilitated osteochondral lesion (cartilage therapy) without hindfoot correction, as no deformity was present preoperatively. The study patients will be followed

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients with a surgically repaired osteochondral lesion: o Without hindfoot correction, as there was no deformity preoperatively. o With hindfoot correction, which were performed additively due to malalignment - Follow-up time: Min. 12 months postoperatively

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients under 18 years - Wheelchair requirement - Successful arthrodesis of the foot (excluding TMT-I arthrodesis as part of hindfoot correction)
