Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Admission of the trauma patient to the emergency department of the HBK Zwickau. 2 . A wholebody-CT was performed in the context of routine care after severe accident in the scanner located in the emergency department. 3. The wholebody-ct was performed in the study period between 01.01.2019 and 31.12.2020. 4. Patient’s age = 16 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete bodyscan (less than standard scan range from shoulder girdle to the seat bone was scanned). 2. Other deviations from the standard protocol or technical difficulties while the examination. 3. Missing radiation dose reportin PACS.
