Group 1: MCS (Mechanical Circulatory Suppor) with Impella Group 2: MCS with VA ECMO Group 3: MCS with combination of Impella and VA ECMO

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: every therapy in cardiac surgery with every Impella and VA-ECMO and combination of Impella with VA-ECMO and VV-ECMO

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: non-surgical Impella or ECMO therapy non-adult patients Inability to take part in a telephone interview
