Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: = 4 tooth per jaw

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: diseases associated with need of antibiotic prophylaxis in case of dental tratment, antibiotic use within the lst six months therapie with immunosuppressants or anticoagulants, scaling and root planing within the last three months, daily use of oral antiseptics

The goal is to examine if it might potentially be possible to differentiate between patients with periodontitis and periodontally healthy patients or patients with gingivitis through the commercial test.
