Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Included are general practitioners in Western Pomerania and meet the technical and spatial requirements for the establishment of teleconsultations. The following patients are included: Patients = 18 years of age who present themselves in the participating general practitioners' practices, for whom the symptoms result in a neurological question.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: General practitioners' practices outside the catchment area of the University Medical Center Greifswald (UMG), which do not meet the necessary technical and spatial requirements are excluded. The districts of Vorpommern-Rügen, Vorpommern Greifswald and the Mecklenburg Lake District are defined as the catchment area of the UMG. The following patients are not included: Patients and patients incapable of giving consent; Patients who, in the opinion of the GP, appear to have a neurological emergency that requires prompt inpatient clarification.
