Older adults (= 70 years) with (1) presence of malnutrition or presence of one or more risk factors for malnutrition: weight loss within the last 3 months, decreased food intake in the last 3 months or a decreased BMI (<23kg/m²).(2) or presence of one or more signs of limited mobility.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age of patient =70 years (2) Treatment within the in-patient geriatric or cardiological rehabilitation of the Oldenburg rehabilitation centre (3) Presence of malnutrition according to the MNA-SF (0-7 points) or presence of one or more risk factor(s) for malnutrition: weight loss within the last 3 months, reduced food intake in the last 3 months or a low BMI ( 20 sec.)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Lack of ability to give consent (2) Insufficient ability to understand the contents of the course of study and the German language (3) severe visual limitations that do not allow independent use of the tablet. (4) Simultaneous participation in other studies aimed at changing nutritional or physical activity behaviour (5) Presence of nutrition-associated diseases that require separate nutritional recommendations that are not covered by the settings in the e-coach.
