Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - birth-weight < 1000g (ELBW) - informed consent of caregivers - receiving mothers own milk

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Intrauterine growth retardation (<P3); syndrome disease or malformation; Fasting; No MOM available
