Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - primary diagnosis of breast cancer - female patients - informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - no active sexual life - previously treated depression - untreated thyroid dysfunction

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Changes of sexual function and quality of life due to chemotherapy in women with breast cancer. Therefore, validated questionnaires before, during, at the end and six months after chemotherapy are being used.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Correlation of sexual function and hormonal changes during and after chemotherapy in women undergroing chemotherapy for breast cancer. Time points are before and during chemotherapy, at the ende and 6 months after completion of chemotherapy.
