Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1. is the extension of plaque on the tooth surface after using the sonic toothbrush in ON mode less than in OFF mode? 2. Do the bacterial count and the composition of the biofilm in the interdental space differ after using the sonic toothbrush in ON mode compared to OFF mode?

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Are the effects from questions 1 and 2 (primary aims) dependent on a specific brushing technique?
