Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Age = 18 years - Nurses in inpatient (cohort 1) or outpatient (cohort 2) palliative care settings - Nurses with more than 0. 5 VC - Proficiency in written and spoken German.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • non-consenting subjects • not all inclusion criteria are met
