Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients after kidney transplantation: - All patients over the age of 16 who are regularly treated in our outpatient clinics - Present written declaration of consent. Patients end stage kidney disease: - All patients who are preparing for a kidney transplant at our center. The minimum age is set at 16 years. - Present written declaration of consent. - Controll group: Present written declaration of consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Persons who are in a dependent / working relationship with the examiners, in particular employees of the clinics and institutes involved - Current infection with SARS-CoV2 (positive PCR result) - Inability to consent, e.g. due to language barriers or mental illness - Placement in an institution based on a judicial or administrative order - Controll group: people who suffer from chronic kidney disease chronic immunosuppression
