Interventions

Group 1: CBCT taken for both TMJs of each patients and the condylar head with and height will be measured and radiographic changes happened in TMJs of each patient will be recorded in a table. Group 2

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.patients previously diagnosed as rheumatoid arthritis. 2. without other systemic disease or chronic diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.pregnant women 2. persons with foreign body like bullets or cardiac pacemaker.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
detection of radiographic findings (changes) of TMJs of RA patients by CBCT and MRI.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Find out relation between radiographic changes and disease activity in RA patients by comparing laboratory test results and duration of disease with imaging findings.
