Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Legal age - Primary diagnosis of a depressive disorder, a post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) or an anxiety disorder (generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, agoraphobia, social anxiety disorder) according to DSM-5 - Arabic language skills (spoken and written) - Access to the Internet (smart phone or computer) - Approval of the declaration of consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Current psychotic or bipolar disorder - Severe substance use disorder (AUDIT Score> 15 for men,> 13 for women; DUDIT Score> 25) -Acute suicidality (lack of or unclear distancing; no ability to agree/respond) - Suicide attempt in the past 12 months - Ongoing psychotherapy or unstable medication with psychotropic drugs three months before the start of the study

Secondary

| As secondary results depression is assessed using the subscale HSCL-25 depression, anxiety using the subscale HSCL-25 anxiety and post-traumatic symptoms using the PCL-5. A suicide screening will be conducted during the diagnostic phone interview. The AUDIT will be used to assess alcohol consumption, the DUDIT to assess drug consumption, and the EQ-5D-5L to record the quality of life and, at the same time, the somatic symptom burden. Satisfaction with treatment will be assessed with the CSQ-I. Potential side effects will be measured with the NEQ. | — |
