Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: postmenopausal women (50-65 years) - at least 2 years after the last menstrual period - willingness to use fitness tracker "Polar Ignite" and Polar Flow app

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - > 2 times endurance training per week - Unbalanced diets (e.g. vegan) - Hormone substitution (incl. oral contraceptives) - Hormonal diseases - Psychiatric and / or addictive disorders - Heart failure (EF <55) - Metabolic diseases - Cardiac arrhythmias requiring treatment - Performance-limiting neurological diseases - Performance-limiting renal disease - Performance-limiting biliary disease - Performance-limiting gastrointestinal diseases - Performance-limiting pAVK (Fontaine stage = II) - Performance-limiting muscular diseases - Performance-limiting degenerative diseases - Performance-limiting respiratory diseases - History of performance-limiting oncological diseases (< 5 years)

Collected are: by means of blood sampling - estradiol - progesterone - FSH - MYO before and after exercise - Blood glucose before and after exercise - HBa1c long-term blood glucose value - HDL - LDL - triglycerides - d44Ca/42Ca as proxy for bone metabolism By means of a step test - Individual anaerobic threshold - Watts - HR - lactate - 13C/12C in expired CO2 - d 13C/12C, Delta over Baseline (DOB) - oxygen uptake - Carbon dioxide output - Respiratory quotient (RQ) - Caloric equivalent by morning urine - d44Ca/42Ca as a proxy for bone metabolism
