Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: 18-29 years Enrolled at the Eberhard-Karls-University Tübingen

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Contraindication to physical activity (captured by PAR-Q; Adams, 1999) =150 min of moderate or =75 min of vigorous physical activity per week in the past three months (captured by question) Lifetime eating disorder (F50) or bipolar disorder (F31) (psychotherapeutically or medically diagnosed; Löwe, Spitzer, Zipfel, & Herzog, 2002)
