Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Date of death in 2016 to 2021, 1 prior to death continuous insurance with the data-providing health insurer, availability of region of residence information

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: If applicable, insured persons with incomplete claims data data relevant to the study.
