Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Asepic trochanteric and subtrochanteric femoral nonunion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Septic nonunion Nonunion based on pathologic fractures Nonunion based on periprosthetic fractures Nonunion treated by an external fixation procedure Patients under 18 years of Age Patients unable to provide written informed consent

Clinical outcome one year after surgical revision demonstrated by the Lower Extremity Functional Scale (LEFS) and the range of Motion due to the neutral-zero-method
