| The concept and the structure of the exercise intervention will be evaluated with self-developed questionnaires for the entire nursing stuff, facility management and instructors. The survey will be assessed three times within one year in intervals of 6 months. In addition, from the second measurement point onwards, a resident and employee survey will be conducted to evaluate the feasibility of the intervention. | — |

| The primary endpoint is the evaluation of the exercise intervention developed by the SBV. Within this evaluation, the effects of the intervention on anthropometric, medical, motoric, psychosocial and cognitive parameters of the residents and on the employee’s health will be proven. In addition, the question should be answered whether the exercise intervention developed by the SBV could be implemented in the setting of in-patient-care and day-care and which optimization may still be necessary. All measurements will be assessed three times within one year in intervals of 6 months to identify the effects of the exercise intervention. The same measurement methods for the concept-, outcome- and structure- and process-evaluation will be conducted for each time of measurement. Measurement methods: - Mini-Mental-Status-Examination - Tilburg Frailty Indicator - Geriatric depression scale - SoS (according to Nikolaus) - SF-12 - Life Satisfaction Scale | — |
