Inclusion criteria: - elective primary hip or knee joint replacement surgery - geriatric characteristic complexes and/or internistic concomitant disease questionnaire
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - previous bony operations in the area of the joint to be treated - florid infections - Care level 4 and 5
