Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Refugees or asylum seekers with Arabic (possibly with dialect) as primary language presented for psychiatric examination in outpatient setting (outpatient clinic, primary care)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: inability to provide informed consent, somatic illness as primary presenting complaint
