Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Possession of a smartphone with Internet access, older than 18 years, undergoing treatment in the Hochdorf outpatient clinic of Lucerne Psychiatry, ability to read and write in the German language, main disorders according to ICD-10: F1X.0/1/8/9, F32, F33, F34.1/8/9, F38, F39, F4, F5, F6, F7, F9, F99

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Use of external psychiatric-psychotherapeutic services or inpatient stay; end of therapy; main disorders according to ICD-10: F0, F1X.0/2/3/4/5/6/7, F2, F30/31/34.0, F8
