Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Consent of the resusctiation room leader (consultant in anesthesiology or surgery) after the patient has been handed over by the accompanying emergency physician - Age = 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Refusal to participate in the study - Inmates - Active or completed suicide attempt

1. hyperspectral measurement of various microcirculatory parameters (tissue oxygenation, near-infrared perfusion index, tissue hemoglobin index, tissue water index) on both hands in patients treated in the shock room. 2. comparison of tissue oxygenation, near-infrared perfusion index, tissue hemoglobin index, tissue water index in hemodynamically stable patients with patients with hemodynamic instability (shock) 3. comparison of tissue oxygenation, near-infrared perfusion index, tissue hemoglobin index, tissue water index in different types of shock (hemorrhagic, neurogenic, cardiogenic, obstructive, distributive) 4. correlation of microcirculatory parameters with morbidity and mortality (ISS score, SOFA score) 5. correlation of various biomarkers (e.g., lactate, C-reactive protein, interleukin-6, hemoglobin, procalcitonin, myoglobin) with hyperspectrally recorded microcirculatory parameters 6. correlation of hyperspectrally recorded microcirculatory parameters and prehospital fluid balance 7. correlation of hyperspectrally recorded microcirculatory parameters and intensive care unit length of stay and hospital length of stay 8. correlation of tissue oxygenation, near-infrared perfusion index, tissue hemoglobin index, tissue water index to distinguish whether shock is present or not.
