Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for participation in this study is age at the time of sampling of 18 years or older and informed consent for participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons will be excluded for participation in this study if they are at sampling younger than 18 years of age, if they live in a (closed) community facility, if they serve a prison sentence, or if the are incapable of giving consent.

Measure	Time frame
The questionnaire will capture data concerning risk behaviors and conducted safety precautions. The relationships between this data and COVID-19 cases will be analyzed. Comparisons between the data captured in this study and at different sights will also be analyzed as secondary outcomes.	—

Measure	Time frame
Primary outcomes are the real prevalence of COVID-19 in the general population, as well as the incidence during one month. Captured prevalence and incidence estimators will be compared to reported case numbers to show differences or matches.	—
