Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. actual state in the clinical setting: wards / functional departments where service robotics could be well integrated according to the literature. Questionnaire: all persons who were assigned to nursing or service activities during the observed shift and who are employed for this purpose, as well as informed consent on the wards and a written agreement from the nursing area management / ward management. 2. expert interview: Nurses from the inpatient or outpatient acute care setting with one or three years of training/academic nurses/ or in one of these trainings as well as service personnel from the inpatient or outpatient setting. Nurses from internal medicine or surgical general wards, day hospitals, emergency departments, or dialysis units. 3. Delphi survey: see expert survey.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. actual state in the clinical setting: wards / functional departments where service robotics could not be well integrated according to the literature. For observation purposes, nurses who have been working at the university hospital for less than two years or who perform special tasks such as office work are excluded. Lack of Informed Consent and no written consent from the nursing area manager/ ward manager are also exclusion criteria. 2. expert interview: Nurses from outpatient or inpatient long-term care, intensive care units, anesthesia, surgical areas, and staff without nursing or service-oriented tasks. 3. Overall aim of the study: Evaluation of needs for a digital-robotic system as well as consensus on possible application scenarios. 1. actual state in the clinical setting: Neutral survey of walking distances traveled and tasks distant from care through a standardized observation tool. Survey of utilization through a questionnaire adapted from the NASA Raw TLX. 2. expert* survey: Survey of possible use scenarios for the combined system using semi-structured interview guides / socio-demographic questionnaire. 3. Delphi survey: Dimension reduction of the deployment scenarios by means of a semi-standardized online questionnaire.
