Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Informed consent of the patient - Initial diagnosis of a non-dislocated radial head- / radial neck fracture (type Mason I) - First presentation or inclusion <48 hours after trauma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Refusal to participate in the study - Additional injury to the arm or other body regions (AIS greater than / equal to 1), exception: bilateral radial head fracture - patient <18 years - Significant previous damage to the elbow (previous operation, osteoarthritis greater than / equal to Kellgren I, anticoagulation)
