Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - in-patints of the University Hospital Düsseldorf with uro-genital cancer (diagnoses according to ICD-10: C60, C61, C62, C63, C64, C65, C66, C67, C68) - age >18 years - Legal capacity - German language skills - DT = 5 and/or desire for psycho-oncological help
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: palliative treatment situation (life expectancy under 6 months)
