Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Acute, severe lateral ankle sprain (hematoma, swelling, pain under load)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Fractures, any type of injury requiring surgery, contraindications to MRI acquisition

Rate of Re-Sprain at 12 months following index sprain
