Inclusion criteria: Willingness of senior citizens to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of willingness to participate on the part of senior citizens Acute medical problems requiring treatment that do not allow participation in a sedentary group activity Histroy of epileptic conditions
