Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: histologically confirmed non-squamous lung cancer stage IV. Patients from 2016-2019 follow up until the end of 2020

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: missing mutation analysis, other mutations

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Overall survival, calculated from the dates of histological confirmation until the date of death. We will analyse this date (time to event) using a Kaplan-Meier curve and hazard ratio, mean value and log-rank-test.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Percentage of patients expressing the mutations and their specific subtype (KRAS-G12D, G12C,...). Correlation between KRAS/TTF-1 and smoking?
