Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for the TEMPiS-FIT study: Admission to participating primary stroke centre in the period 01.08.2018 - 31.12.2020. Decision on procedure by teleconsultant between 08:00 h and 22:00 h Occlusion of a brain-supplying artery. Inclusion criterion for the TEMPiS-GÖA study: Deceased in the observation period or survey of secondary outcomes in the recruitment period 01.08.2019 - 31.12.2021. Insured with one of the cooperating statutory health insurance funds (so far: AOK Bayer, BARMER, BKK Landesverband).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Admission outside of time window Class II occlusion only ASPECT score < 6 Concomitant disease with relevant increased mortality Functional dependence prior to stroke
