Interventions

Group 1: Patients take part in a 90-minute intervention once a week over a 12-week period, consisting of a combination of yoga, meditation and mindfulness training.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - oncological diseases - ages between 10 and 18 years - completed curative oncological (intensive) therapy: surgery, radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy - Completion of intensive therapy at least 2 months and a maximum of 24 months - written consent of the patient or legal representatives to participate in the present study and for the continuation of pseudonymised data within the framework of the documentation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - serious psychiatric pre/- concomitant diseases - other existing serious illnesses that could impair a curriculum fair treatment of the patient

Effect of the intervention on stress and health-related quality of life. Measuring the feeling of stress by the questionnaire: SSKJ_3-8 (age range 7-16 years), Lohaus et al., 2018 Measuring the quality of life by: Kid-KINDLR questionnaire (children's version, 7-13 years) and Kiddo-KINDLR questionnaire (Youth version, 14-17 years), Ravens-Sieberer & Bullinger, 2000

- Effect of intervention on stress and health-related quality of life with qualitative interviews and partially structured questionnaires. - Satisfaction with intervention programme - Continuation of the mindfulness, meditation and Yoga content after the end of the intervention program - Measurement of stress response/changes of the autonomic vegetative nervous system with heart rate variablity (24h ECG)
