Group 1: One-time interviews with patients and relatives

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients from the two palliative care settings, palliative ward and SAPV - Relatives of patients who are cared for on the palliative ward or in the SAPV

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients and relatives who do not understand written and spoken German sufficiently - Patients and relatives who are younger than 18 years - Patients and their relatives who are too burdened by the overall situation (assessment by the clinical team)

Design outcomes

Primary

Measure	Time frame
To assess the impact of the current COVID-19 pandemic on the needs of patients in palliative care without COVID-19 diagnosis and their relatives. The main focus is on: meeting needs, realization of care, existence of fears and worries.	—
